We are a small family run business currently based in Appledore that have sourced for you great looking items for your home's that we will personally deliver to you if required.
Please note that due to the nature of our business this shop is only intended for those living in the Devon area,
At House to Home Shop we have removed the hassle of building flat pack furniture & disposing of layers of packaging as we do it all for you, We choose the items we sell very carefully and strongly believe that our items & service represent good value for money.
Upon delivery/collection you will clearly see each item and in the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase we will arrange a full refund (excluding delivery) on items you do not want* Please read our full refund policy as once you have signed for your goods you will not be able to cancel your order unless a fault develops. * customized furniture maybe excluded.
Terms
Any refund due to you will be issued within 14 days of notice of refund and through the original payment method used by you when purchasing this item.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS
You have the right to cancel any order placed with us and a full refund will be given up until point of dispatch* .

Once an item has been dispatched we have the right to deduct up to and including the full delivery price charged to you, but for all customized furniture additional charges may apply.

RETURNS POLICY
AT POINT OF DELIVERY/COLLECTION
You or someone you have appointed will be given the opportunity to thoroughly check each item ordered and read through your invoice (any faults this item may already have will be clearly stated) before signing to accept your order from us.
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase we will arrange a full refund (excluding delivery) on any item you do not want*

AFTER TAKING DELIVERY
You will only be able entitled to a full refund (excluding delivery) after the following:
If a fault develop's within the first 6 months of you purchasing your item from us please contact us immediately we will either attempt to repair your item, where a repair is not possible or financially viable we will try to offer a suitable replacement, should either of these options not be of an acceptable standard we may offer you a deduction on the original price paid or failing all of the above a full refund (excluding delivery) will be issued to you.
Our House to Home Shop returns policy does not cover faults caused by misuse, abuse, neglect.

AVAILABILITY
We aim to change our items for sale regularly and in many cases will only have low numbers of each item available, should an item you like not have any or enough quantity showing as available please contact us direct, should we be likely to have more coming in we will be happy to reserve it for you however we cannot guarantee the item will be available at the same price but you will be advised of any price change.
PRICING
Due to the nature of the places we buy from, our prices may increase on items we stock as levels change, however we will only sell items at prices we strongly believe represent good value for money so if you see something you like don't wait as the price may increase soon.
House to Home Shop cannot guarantee the availability of any item ordered, in the unfortunate case of this happening we will refund your payment in full through the original payment method used.
